## Refunds

2. **Opening Parcel Video:** It is mandatory to record a video while opening your parcel at the time of delivery. This video serves as proof of the condition of the product at the time of delivery. The video must clearly show the unopened package, the process of opening it, and the condition of the product inside. This video is required for any return or exchange request.

3. **Return and Exchange Process:** If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at support@baryalaroma.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order details and the opening parcel video as evidence. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.
